About
The story behind the practice
A lifelong journey through movement, breath, and the wisdom of the elements.
Your teacher
A guide, not a guru
I have been practicing Yoga for many years, and teaching since 2022. T'ai Chi, and Qigong I have now been teaching for over 2 years. My path began with a simple curiosity — a desire to understand why certain movements felt like coming home, and others felt like effort.
Over the years I have trained & practiced with teachers from the UK and India, studying classical Hatha, Yin, Restorative & Chair Yoga, Yang-style T'ai Chi, and various lineages of Qigong. What I found, again and again, was that the deepest teachings were not about technique — they were about working with your own body.
I teach in Kent and online because I believe these practices belong to everyone. You do not need to be flexible, fit, or young. You need only a willingness to show up.

The five elements are not a metaphor — they are a map. Each one describes a quality of energy, a way of moving, a state of being. Earth - Stability, grounding, the felt sense of the body. Connected with the Mulhadara Chakra. Water - Emotion, creativity, natural flow of life. Connected with the Svadhisthana Chakra. Fire - Vitality, transformation, passion, willpower. connected with the Manipura Chakra. Air - Intellect, love, empathy, compassion. Connected with the Anahata Chakra. Spirit - connection, Intuition, encompasses all. Connected with the Vishuddha, Ajna & Sahasrara Chakras
What we believe
Everyone belongs here
These practices were not designed for the already-flexible or the already-calm. They were designed for human beings — which means they are for you, exactly as you are.
Depth over performance
We are not interested in impressive postures or perfect forms. We are interested in what happens when you slow down enough to actually feel what you are doing.
Ancient wisdom, lived today
These traditions are thousands of years old. We honour that lineage while making it genuinely accessible to people living modern lives in Kent and beyond.
